from €130The restoration of the seventh room of the Masseria coincided with the birth of the newest member of the family: Tea. Where there used to be storage rooms, there is now a large, bright, and elegant room. Ideal for accommodating a couple or a family.
Located on the ground floor with direct access to the courtyard of the Masseria, the Tea room has a living room with a sofa that can be converted into a very comfortable double bed and a second bedroom with two small double beds. It has a comfortable bathroom and a private garden.

Breakfast
Breakfast is between 8am and 10am each morning included in the price of the room.
Gluten free products are available with advance notice.
Check-in & Late Check-in
Check-in is 2pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, check-in is permitted until 11pm, with a €15 surcharge. Check-in is NOT permitted after 11pm.
However, we’re happy to look after your bags if you need to arrive early or leave later.
Check-out & Late Check-Out
Check-out is at 10am.
The cost of late check-out, until a maximum of 7pm, is 50% of the daily rate and is subject to availability. You can also use the pool between 10am and 7pm for euro 15,00 each person.
Payment
You can confirm your reservation by providing us with your card details. We will not charge your card in advance. You can use all credit cards except Diners.
Cancellation
You can cancel at no cost up to 7 days before your trip. If cancelled, or modified within 7 days the full price of the reservation will be charged.
